In this session we’ll discuss the responsibilities of a good mentor and ways to build a successful mentor/mentee relationship. We’ll further discuss ways to identify formal and informal mentors and how to start and build those relationships. Lastly, we’ll also discuss the differences between 1-1 mentorships and cohort based guided mentorship journeys.
