According to the most recent data, the global cybersecurity workforce shortage requires an increase of more than 3 million trained professionals. Yet less than 30% of cybersecurity workers are women. This session will detail the latest findings on the obstacles to success that women face in the field and will facilitate discussions about how to affect change at the organizational level.
This session will follow Chatham House Rule to allow for free exchange of information and learning. We look forward to participants actively engaging in the discussion, and remind attendees that no comment attribution or recording of any sort should take place.
