The stress and burnout of 1st Responders and cybersecurity professionals is associative across industries with “state of patrol,” and “100% correct” expectations as driving factors for and burnout in both industries. We will cover ways to identify toxic stress elements within individuals and teams. TTPs will be presented to alleviate/prevent these stress triggers from turning into burnout / turnover.
