Posted on in Presentations

The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) has grown. Pill bottles, inhalers, glucose sensors, pumps are not gadgets: they help people. Given the cyber-state of IoT, researchers try to raise concern and demonstrate vulnerabilities. This talk will explain cybercriminals’ interest in medical data and in particular details several findings concerning health-related malware.

Pre-Requisites: A background in cybersecurity concepts that include data breaches, general malware knowledge, high-level understanding of mobile malware risks. Security professionals with 5 years or more of cybersecurity expertise or cybersecurity management will be able to easily understand the concepts introduced in this session.
