Predictive policing systems identify areas where crime is more likely to take place but are limited because they only consider historical events. What if a system looked at individuals’ behavior benchmarked against established threat indicators for serious crimes? It would be more intrusive on privacy/civil liberties but potentially more accurate. Is it worth the trade-off for a safer community? Attendance is strictly limited to allow for a small group experience.
