Diversity at big security events like RSAC is one thing. Local peers often ask how to get more women, people of color and other under-represented groups to attend local security meetups and chapter events. Let’s share observations of what’s worked and what hasn’t, exchange best practices and brainstorm new approaches to attract and retain more diverse attendees at smaller, local events. Attendance is strictly limited to allow for a small group experience.
