Engineering Trust and Security in the Cloud Era, Based on Early Lessons

Posted on in Presentations

Trust was implicit in much of the design of the early Internet, creating challenges that still impact us today. Now, in the cloud era, trust isn’t assumed; it’s built (or at least, it should be). Google Fellow Amin Vadhat and Engineering VP Suzanne Frey will discuss the opportunity to build clouds securely from the ground up, incorporating lessons from decades of building secure distributed networks.
