We’ve never expected companies to defend themselves against nation-state threats; for example, we don’t expect Target to have surface-to-air missiles on its warehouses to stop Russian bombers. Yet today in cyberspace we expect every company to do exactly that. Our group will discuss whether (and how) companies can work together (and with the gov’t) to defend themselves against nation-states.
