Connected Cars: A Security and Privacy by Design Study 10 Years in the Making

Millions of cars with tens of millions of lines of code are already on the road talking to servers and each other. Clearly a lot can go wrong. This session addresses the trade-off between safety, security and convenience. It will also discuss the 10-year Privacy by Design system used in the “Talking Cars” safety of life program, which is estimate to save 10,000 lives per year.
