Most companies have values that that seem to be very generic, and don’t take into account the true goals of the team and the company culture they really want to create and foster, especially in the early stages. The group will discuss how to set meaningful and actionable goals that can be translated into values that create the desired company culture and how to keep them agile as you grow. Attendance is strictly limited to allow for a small group experience.
