Many security projects fail to achieve the desired outcomes, take too long and don’t finish within budget. A successful security project follows some best practices. This session will review some of the issues that make it difficult for security vendors to meet the needs of customers, how to avoid them and provide best practices for scoping, purchasing and implementing a security tool.
