One of the hardest parts of a CISO role is understanding the nuances of board composition.  What the full board needs every year is different from what a committee demands quarterly, and ad-hoc from the individual visit from a chair or member. Group members will share best practices and learn how to apply some of the same techniques used in security governance and risk management.
