Posted on in Presentations

Increasingly organizations are demonstrating their inability to protect consumer data and lack of fiduciary responsibility for the consumers impacted. The consumer remedies being offered today are limited and often available to only those that can pay, while business continues to profit. This session will debate consumer rights, controls and if now is the time for meaningful federal legislation.

Learning Objectives:

2: Learn about developing appropriate consumer and partner remedies.
