Participants will define a strategy for identifying/motivating sufficient talented high school and college students to close the US cyber-skills gap by 2020. After seeing lessons learned in state programs for 10,000 young people, two other nations’ programs, and Nevada’s and Maryland’s plans, we’ll look for new approaches for an optimal pathway forward. Attendance is strictly limited to allow for a small group experience.
