The main elements necessary for the cyber-ecosystem are government, industry and academy. These already exist in the hi-tech ecosystem. Because cybersecurity is sensitive technology, new problems have to be resolved. How can these elements be transformed into one system and what’s the best way to interconnect them? Israel’s experience teaches that we must encourage human talents to transfer between the elements.
