While 2020 might feel light years away, the end of the year is approaching more quickly than you think. Then, it’s just a sleigh ride to RSA Conference at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, February 24 – 28. So, before the Early Bird registration closes on November 8, take a few moments to decide which of our passes best suits your needs.
The good news is: You have options. With a five-day conference, there’s a lot to offer, and we understand that attendees need some flexibility when it comes to investing in our offerings. We’ve made some changes to help meet the scheduling and budgeting needs of all our attendees.
As always, the Full Conference Pass will provide you access to the broadest range of curated content compared to any other cybersecurity event. And with over 55 program committee members selecting content across more than 20 tracks, pass holders will have access to leading thinkers in cybersecurity expanding on the most pressing issues facing the industry. We also partner with multiple industry associations so that attendees can earn their CPE credits. This pass provides access to all keynotes, innovation programs, networking opportunities and, new this year, Full Conference attendees will be able to find others seeking answers to the complex problems they face through our new Engagement Zone activities. We will have multiple follow-up sessions where you can “Ask the Expert” in a small, intimate setting, or meet others at Birds of a Feather. Signing up for this pass ensures your investment goes even further.
While the Full Conference and Full Conference 1 Day Pass prices remain the same this year, we have changed the names and access levels of our other passes. A Full Conference Pass is still the only pass that provides access to all keynotes and track sessions, but here’s a quick look at some new ways to create an enriching RSAC 2020 experience for you.
Expo Plus: The New ‘Discover Pass’
OK—so you’re not sure you want all the track sessions, but you do want to have a rich Conference experience? Well, Expo Plus is the pass for you. You will gain access to our Innovation Programs, including our cornerstone contest—RSAC Innovation Sandbox Contest—plus RSAC Early Stage Expo, RSAC Launch Pad and RSAC Sandbox. Additionally, you will be invited to all keynotes on South Stage and West Stage beginning on Wednesday, as well as all activities on the Expo floor. Pricing starts at $250 until November 8.
Another perk of the Expo Plus Pass is that attendees will still have access to all of the Monday seminars, which not only includes RSAC seminars but also the Partner seminars.
Expo Pass
These passes are not provided by RSAC but granted to recipients by exhibitors, sponsors and partners. Being able to navigate the Expo floor is not the only perk of this free pass. With the Expo Pass, attendees will have access to the Expo floor Monday through Thursday, with some additional bonuses such as networking events. Keep in mind, though, that the only way you can get access to this FREE Expo Pass is to receive a free registration code from exhibitors or partners.
Attendees who opt for the Expo Pass can attend the Welcome Reception, the Women’s Networking Reception and the Expo Pub Crawl. Expo Pass holders will also have the ability to fill their days with plenty of content. They can gain admittance to the Sponsor and Association Special Topics Tracks, running Tuesday through Thursday, as well as the Briefing Center Sessions. Expo Pass holders will also have access to the Partner All Access Seminars.
Discount Dates to Remember
As always, RSAC offers discounted passes to current full-time students and employees of US federal, state and local government agencies as well as international governmental agencies. And for those who have been lucky enough to attend RSA Conference five times or more, there’s a special LoyaltyPlus discount available.
In order to receive the best rate on your pass, take advantage of the Early Bird discount by selecting and purchasing your pass by November 8, 2019.
The general Discount period will run from November 9, 2019, through January 24, 2020. After that, you can still purchase passes during the Standard pricing period, which runs from January 25 through February 21, 2020. If you miss any of those deadlines, don’t fret. You’ll still be able to purchase passes on-site at Conference between February 22 – 28, 2020.
