We are very excited to welcome you to the second annual RSA® Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2014 being held in Singapore at the Marina Bay Sands! As you know, the event is taking place this Tuesday and Wednesday (22- 23 July), with a pre-Conference day beginning today, 21st July.

To help you navigate the conference and ensure you have an enjoyable experience, please review the important information below.

New 'Add to Calendar' Feature

Did you know that you can add track sessions directly into your calendar? Visit the conference agenda page, search for the track session that interests you, and simply click the "add to calendar" button. 

Discover Singapore 

Taxis are available at the taxi stands at the Arrival Hall of each Airport Terminal. The journey to the city is estimated to cost between $18.00 and $38.00 and takes approximately 30 minutes. Fares are metered and there is additional airport surcharge for all trips originating from the airport.

Express Registration

  • Use our expedited on-site check-in process to pick up your Conference badge, by using the QR code sent to you via email just before the Conference (print it out the old fashioned way or scan it from your mobile device) and then proceeding directly to Badge Pick-up.
  • Registration is located on Level 5 of the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre and is open on the following days and times:

Monday 21st July: 07.30 - 17.30 hrs

Tuesday 22nd July: 07.30 - 18.30 hrs

Wednesday 23rd July: 07.30 - 17.00 hrs

  • Please remember that photo ID (identification card, passport, etc) is required to be shown upon request for badge collection.

RSA Conference Innovation Sandbox Most Innovative Company Contest

Join us today from 13.30 hrs, Peony Room 4411 on Level 4 of Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre as our 4 finalists pitch to be the winner of this inaugural contest. The finalists will also be showcasing their innovations in the Exhibition Hall tomorrow and Wednesday.

Keynotes

Hear from visionaries at our keynote sessions. Learn about "The Fall of Lance Armstrong & The Importance of Truth" from David Walsh and "The Second Machine Age" from Andrew McAfee. What's more, get a chance to win an Official Tour de France Jersey, autographed by 2013 winner, Chris Froome, by attending the Closing Keynote on Wednesday. More details to come on-site!

Welcome Reception

Enjoy food and drinks while you meet and network with your fellow information security professionals on Tuesday, 17.00 - 18.30 hrs in the Exhibition.

Exhibition

Make sure you visit the Exhibition Hall to experience the latest information security products and solutions from our 70+ exhibitors! The Exhibition is open on Tuesday from 10.30 - 18.30 hrs and on Wednesday, from 10.15 - 17.00 hrs.

Wireless Access

Wireless internet will be available at the Sands Grand Ballroom on Level 5, as well as in the Session Rooms on Level 4. Please connect to SSID "RSAConference". The on-site wireless network is an open, unsecured network. We recommend all users take appropriate security measures such as utilizing a VPN, personal firewall, and the latest security patches.
