PechaKucha (PK) Happy Hour*
5:00 PM to 6:30 PM in Crypto Commons
PechaKucha Night was devised in Tokyo in February 2003 as an event for young designers to meet, network, and show their work in public. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the sound of "chit chat", it rests on a presentation format that is based on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds (total presentation length – 6 minutes, 40 seconds). It's a format that makes presentations concise, messages focused, and keeps things moving at a rapid pace. Presentations can be about anything - ideas, works, thoughts, holiday snaps – just something the presenter is passionate about. PK events are high-energy, keep interest levels high and allow information to be imparted without long, protracted presentations.
Join us before heading to the Codebreakers Bash, at the very first RSA Conference PechaKucha (PK) event! Enjoy this informal, fun, educational and networking opportunity.
