RSA Conference 2027 – United Airlines Travel Discounts Terms and Conditions

RSA Conference is pleased to offer attendees exclusive travel discounts through our continued partnership with United Airlines. By booking your travel under this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Discounts are valid only for travel to and from RSA Conference™ 2027 in San Francisco (SFO) during the official travel window: April 2, 2027, through April 11, 2027. This offer is available exclusively to attendees traveling to RSA Conference 2027 and does not apply to general leisure or corporate travel outside of the event.
  2. Booking Instructions: Reservations can be made via United.com by using the URL united.com/meetingtravel and entering the event-specific Z Code (ZSUA) and Agreement Code (863539). Alternatively, attendees can contact United Meetings Reservations at 800-426-1122 (7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Central Time; closed weekends and major U.S. holidays). Mention the Z Code and Agreement Code when booking. Booking fees are waived for all Meeting reservations.
  3. Discount Details: Discounts apply to eligible United Airlines flights and select partner airlines, offering 2%, 5%, or 7% off, depending on the fare class booked. Discounts are not applicable to Basic Economy fares (including fare types EOU, ERU, ERS, or ERT) or fares not listed in the agreement. Discounts are non-commissionable and not retroactive.
  4. Partner Airlines: Discounts may also apply to flights operated by approved partners including Air Canada, Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, All Nippon Airways (NH), and Air New Zealand, when booked through eligible channels and on approved routes.
  5. Changes & Cancellations: Standard airline policies apply to changes, cancellations, and refunds. Fees or penalties may be incurred depending on the fare type.
  6. Limitations: Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers, certificates, or promotional programs. RSA Conference and United Airlines are not responsible for flight cancellations, schedule changes, or other disruptions. Attendees should confirm flight details directly with the airline.
  7. Code Usage: The Z Code and Agreement Code are intended for use solely by RSA Conference 2027 attendees. Misuse of these codes may result in cancellation or additional charges.
  8. Liability: RSA Conference and United Airlines are not liable for any losses or damages incurred due to travel disruptions. Travelers are responsible for complying with United's Contract of Carriage and all applicable fare rules and airline policies.
