RSAC™ Photo Op Area
Looking for a great place to take a selfie or group photo? You can find an RSAC™ Photo Op Area in Moscone North Street Level Lobby.
Video Recording and Photography
ANY video recording within Moscone North, South, West, or YBCA requires union labor. Still photography does not require union labor.
For Track Sessions and Keynotes, speaker/panelist approval is required. Once approval is obtained, please email Speakers@RSAConference.com and Allison.LorentsonDunn@RSAConference.com with the request to film and/or photograph.
Scheduling Union Support
Where labor is needed outside of RSAC™ Conference provided resources, those wishing to record must work with Projection to hire union matches, at a 1:1 match for their hands-on external crew brought into Moscone. No union labor is needed for producers. Union shadows have 8-hr min per day and require 1 hour lunch, specific details to be provided by Projection.
