The Moscone Center and YBCA Blue Shield Theater of California are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and RSA Conference^™ works in tandem with the venues to provide accessibility for all our attendees.

Accommodations include:

• Accessible counter at registration, located on the far-right end of the registration desk.
• Accessible seating is available in Keynote rooms and track sessions upon request, with session staff available onsite to assist.
• Manual wheelchair accommodations upon request during registration.
• Closed captions on all on demand videos, within 48 hours.
• ASL Interpreter upon request during registration (must be submitted by February 19, 2027).
• Dietary restrictions and requests are available during the registration process.
• Wheelchair accessible transportation during hours of hotel shuttle operation. (please call 1-800-869-3696 to schedule a pickup 24 hours in advance)
• Gender-inclusive restrooms available throughout the venue.
• Quiet room available for attendees seeking a low-stimulation environment.
• Nursing room available onsite.
• Service dogs are welcome in all conference spaces.

For any attendees utilizing a wheelchair or scooter, please be sure to indicate that in the registration process. You are welcome to move to the front of any session line at RSA Conference as each room, including our larger Keynote rooms, will be equipped with a designated space to accommodate wheelchairs and scooters. The session staff at the front will all be made aware of this policy.
