The right to be forgotten is a fundamental human right—especially the right to remove accounts and material that were created in the past. However, international law has not adequately mandated this privacy protection. This session examines the current state of the right to be forgotten and then proposes an alternative solution suggested by the life of Spartacus: privacy through obfuscation.
