Chief Information Security Officer, LifeLock
Neil Daswani is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at LifeLock, and has in the past served in a variety of research, development, teaching, and managerial roles at Twitter, Dasient, Google, Stanford University, NTT DoCoMo USA Labs, Yodlee, and Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore). Neil is also a co-director of the Stanford Advanced Security Certification program, and co-authored of "Foundations of Security: What Every Programmer Needs To Know" (http://tinyurl.com/33xs6g). Neil frequently gives talks at industry and academic conferences, and has been quoted by publications such as The New York Times, USA Today, and CSO Magazine. He has also been granted over one dozen U.S. patents. Neil earned Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science at Stanford University, and he holds a B.S. in Computer Science with honors with distinction from Columbia University.
