Daniel Negron

Scientist, Noblis

Daniel Negrón received a B.A. in biochemistry and molecular biology and a minor in computer science from Boston University and an M.S. in bioinformatics from the Johns Hopkins University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in bioinformatics and computational biology at the School of Systems Biology at George Mason University. At Noblis, Inc., he regularly participates in internal R&D. In the cyber-domain, he analyzed social networks based on data scraped from dark web forums over Tor for cybercrime investigation. Currently, he is working on a cybersecurity initiative for the development of deception-based exfiltration countermeasures. His research interests include graph theory, cellular automata, machine learning, data visualization and probabilistic data structures.
