The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling FireMon products and services in their respective region. Someone with a Hunter Mentality that consistently exceeds sales quotas will thrive in this environment.
This person will be tasked with selling to our large Enterprise accounts and part of the elite team of Regional Sales Managers leading FireMon into the next phase.
Develop new business within the region and develop strategic accounts.
Understand how to effectively work in a channel sales model.
Attend and participate in trade-shows as necessary.
Help to identify market and product requirements based on field experience.
Work as part of a sales team toward reaching quarterly territory sales quota.
Promote and evangelize product offerings within the market
Required Qualifications:

3-5 years selling security and network/Internet Protocol-related applications required.
3-5 years Major Account Management experience required.
A proven record of accomplishment within the technology industry is critical.
Requires strong selling skills into major accounts with an understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles.
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong track record of quota attainment (i.e. achieving / over-achieving quota)
Strong technical and non-technical communication skills, including strong verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Position requires frequent travel

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Prior success selling security software solutions within assigned territory.
Experience and knowledge of the territory market and competitors.
Strong network of key executives and contacts within the region.
