The Information Services and Solutions team manages Duo’s internal systems and infrastructure, with an emphasis on optimizing processes and tools to help the organization learn faster and accomplish more.

What you’ll do…

Reporting to the Manager of Business Services you will design, plan, coordinate and execute projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan, on time within budget and scope. The Project Manager will define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. You will work closely with Business owners to ensure project deliverables are being met and the Business is realizing results. Experience around implementation of HRIS application end to end ( like WorkDay ) . Experience in HR Processes and applications.

Skills you have…

Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Proactively manages any changes in project scope, identifies potential issues and devises contingency plan.
Develops comprehensive project plan for solutions implementation; inclusive of project planning, scheduling, resource planning/coordination, risk management, communication planning, etc.
Develops and maintains the project scorecard and other artifacts and maintains a regular and strong communication rhythm with all project participants.
Collaborates internally with other teams to foster strong relationships, manage expectations and adjust work product, resources, or with client approval, changes to scope, as necessary for the success of the project.
Provides status reports on project progress to leadership team on a regular basis.
Communicates effectively with clients and senior leadership to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Develops subject matter expertise as needed to increase effectiveness.
Collaborates with other Project Managers and team members contributing regularly to the ISS Project Management practice.
Strong documentation and planning skills

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required.
4+ years of project management; proven experience managing software implementations.
Must have successfully project managed 1 or more HRIS implementations (for a SaaS Company).
Past experience with HR applications.
Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and a passion for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Must be able to effectively communicate with executives.
Ability to handle the ambiguity that arises from time to time in a dynamic and fast-paced development environment.
Proficient technical understanding: ability to demonstrate knowledge of software development life cycle, application design, integration, and hosting technologies.
Experience with HR applications like WorkDay, PeopleSoft etc
Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum or other Agile certification.
PMP certification.
Business acumen; ability to learn the business and translate business processes to other project participants.
Project managed multiple HRIS implementations including SaaS products (like Workday).

Fosters positive team engagement; steps-in to other projects as needed.
Strong sense of ownership; leads project participants and stakeholders through challenges.
Keeps abreast of external/industry best practices and brings back learnings to the team.
