What you’ll do…
As a Senior Revenue Manager, you will be responsible managing the global revenue process at Duo, reporting to our VP, Corporate Controller. You will have exceptional skills in software revenue recognition and and possess leadership and managerial skills as we further expand and develop our processes. You will work collaboratively with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal and Finance and other key business partners to drive a positive deal experience as well as optimize contract structure for maximized outcome. You will work closely with our external auditors as well as other third party partners.

Skills you have…
Leadership, Collaboration and Relationship Building: You have the ability to quickly build trusting relationships with sales leaders and cross-functionally; You work collaboratively to become a sought-after advisor on all revenue-related matters; You have experience in creating an environment where people want to do their best, motivating direct reports and team, and can assess how to get the best out of the team or individual.

Expertise in Revenue Recognition: You will be able to lead and provide guidance on deal structure and review; You will assist with leading the company’s adoption and transformation required under ASC 606; You will partner closely with sales management, legal and sales operations to ensure proper compliance with revenue recognition rules and guidelines; You have at least 7+ years of progressive public technology company accounting experience, ideally SaaS, with Big 4 experience and CPA preferred.

Systems and Process Excellence: You excel at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done efficiently along with the ability to organize people and activities; You have solid ERP system experience related to the order to cash process, experience with NetSuite a plus; You have lead the development of best practices in revenue to scale the business and global revenue expansion; You have the ability to identify and drive process improvements and systems enhancements and implementations; You will assist with coordinating revenue accounting acquisition integrations.
