What You'll Do:

We are looking for entrepreneurial minded sales leaders to concentrate exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition. Leveraging your relationship with Channel Partners is essential to scale and grow your business.. Strong candidates have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and thrive in an environment where they are in control of their earnings.

• Aggressively build, nurture, manage and support new sales and upsell existing customers in the assigned territory
• Build strong and effective relationships with channel partners, resulting in force multiplier revenue growth opportunities
• Leverage other team members within the overall organization to close business and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
• Work programmatically to prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline
• Work with Marketing to conduct channel focused webinars, seminars, trade shows and other marketing related events
• Maintain a high volume of sales activity via calls, emails, & social selling
• Work as part of a sales team toward reaching quarterly territory sales quota.
• Promote and evangelize product offerings within the market

Must Have Skills:

• Experience selling enterprise security technology in a fast-paced and competitive market
• Superior volume of relationships in the Information Security community within the assigned territory
• Ability to prove existing relationships with key Channel Partners in territory
• Must have experience generating new business
• A proven record of consistently exceeding a sales quota of $2MM+ with the ASP of $75,000
• Requires strong selling skills into enterprise accounts with an understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles.
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills, including strong verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Position requires frequent travel

Your Day-to-Day:

• Identify, develop and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expanding revenue with customers across the assigned Territory;
independently and cooperatively.
• Scope, negotiate and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
• Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
• Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (typically at the CIO and CSO level) in industry, partners, and enterprise
customers to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment.
• Collaborate with operative peers across functions (including the Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer
Support, and Product Development) to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of target prospects at both the individual contributor and
executive level.
• Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
• Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 2+ years of IT selling experience with experience selling software security and/or infrastructure security products to corporate enterprises preferred.
• A Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or Master’s Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.
• Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.
• Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives.
• An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
• Ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels.
• Outstanding presentation, written, verbal and closing skills.
