Rob Knake

Senior Fellow, The Council on Foreign Relations

Rob Knake is a Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations and a Senior Advisor to the machine learning company Context Relevant. From 2011 to 2015, he served as Director for Cybersecurity on the National Security Council at the White House. As part of his responsibilities, he worked to reinvigorate the Vulnerabilities Equities Process that determines whether zero-day vulnerabilities discovered by government agencies must be disclosed to vendors or retained for intelligence use.
