Since the mid-1990s, Aaron Turner has been involved in the development of some of the world’s core security technologies and infrastructure. While at Microsoft, he participated in the creation of many of the company’s security teams. In the mid-2000s he joined a team of cross-industry experts to evaluate how cyber-vulnerabilities would impact the world’s critical infrastructure. Most recently, he created a system to track how malicious systems attack ATMs and point of sale devices and now leads the security research and development efforts for Verifone. Turner has worked in over 40 countries around the world and serves as Faculty at IANS Research.
