Tracy Cassidy is a Human Focused Insider Threat Researcher in MITRE’s Insider Threat Research & Solutions team with 10+ years of experience conducting insider threat research. Her work involves examining evidence-based behavioral and psychosocial strategies to deter, detect, and mitigate insider threat risk. Tracy has presented and taught insider threat topics both domestically and internationally and has conducted Insider Threat Program Evaluations across the USG, DoD, and private sector. She sits on the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals Board. She has a particular interest in behavioral threat assessment. Tracy holds an MS in Clinical Psychology and was a psychotherapist for Federal criminal justice clients prior to her research roles.
