Stefan Hermanek

Stefan Hermanek serves as the Product Manager for Facebook’s AI Red Team, working on identifying, quantifying, and improving adversarial robustness at scale for Facebook’s integrity systems. He recently led the inaugural AI Red Table, an event hosted by Facebook bringing together AI Red Team practitioners from industry and academia. Prior to Facebook, Hermanek worked in B2B startups building AI-powered products in the sales tech and big data analytics spaces. Hailing from Germany, he graduated with a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
