Chinmayi Sharma is an Associate Professor at Fordham Law School. Her research and teaching focus on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence accountability, computer crime/criminal procedure, torts, and administrative law. She is a Cybersecurity and Technology Fellow at the Strauss Center and is on the program committee for the CS & Law Symposium at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, the ACM Law & AI workshop, and the ACM Software Supply Chain Offensive Research and Ecosystem Defenses workshop. She has written extensively for Lawfare and has been quoted by NPR, ProPublica, and the New York Times. Before joining academia, Chinmayi co-founded a software development company.
