General
When will sessions be available on demand?
Sessions can be watched on demand within the virtual environment platform (VEP) approximately two hours after the live session ends.

How can I get CPE credits?
GIAC and (ISC)2 are participating Community Partners. If you are a member of one of these associations, you can submit your hours attended/watched to them for CPE credits. RSA Conference will provide you with downloadable session attendance report that lists the sessions you attended. Visit the CPE Credits page in the VEP to download your report. Learn more about participating associations.

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?
You do not need to pre-register. You can simply attend a session by clicking the “Join Session” link in the full agenda located here.

How do I build My Scheduled Sessions?
You can add sessions to your schedule by clicking on the “Add to Schedule” button in the Full Agenda located here. Your schedule can be found in My Dashboard located here

Where can I find the Agenda?

What are tracks?
Tracks are a way for RSAC to organize content by defining the theme or subject matter of a session. You can follow a single track or multiple tracks based on your interest. The full list of tracks can be accessed here

Can I search for content?
There is a content Search menu item on the left side of the full agenda page located here. From that page, you can do a keyword search or use filters to search for content. 

My Favorites
Sessions can be favorited by clicking the “heart” icon where sessions are listed (Home page & Full Agenda page). Favorited Sessions can be filtered on the Full Agenda page and viewed in “My Dashboard.”

Sponsors can also be favorited by clicking on “heart” icon where sponsors are listed (Home page & Sponsor Showcase page). Favorited Sponsors can be filtered on the Sponsor Showcase page but will not appear in “My Dashboard.” 

Networking
What tools are available for Professional Networking?
During session breaks and beyond, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in live chats with other attendees. Just head to our virtual Networking lounge to connect. The Networking Lounge is open during the live agenda hours. Slido is the app used for these chats.

Security
Is the Virtual Environment Platform (VEP) a secure website?
Yes. Attendees can only get into the environment with login and password authentication. Attendees will use their email address and password to login. 

What information can other attendees see about me?
Networking Lounge: To help deliver the best Networking Lounge experience, Slido may collect some information about you. With your consent, you allow the event organizer to see your name and email address associated with your activity in Slido. When you send a question your name will be displayed next to your question and will be visible to other event participants. Your email and company name will be visible ONLY to the event organizer. You can change or delete any information about you in the My profile section of Slido if you wish to do so.

Interactive Sessions: If you choose to participate in the interactive sessions (below), your first and last name will be visible to the other attendees join the session.
