Or refer to the RSAC Mobile App and Daily Emails for a rundown of the day’s highlights and important information. We know fun like the back of our hand.

RSAC Bash

Cybersecurity isn’t all serious business—we have a fun side, too. So don’t miss the chance to blow off some steam and expand your social network.

Start the Conference with celebration at this year’s Welcome Reception. Enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres as you preview leading infosec vendors in both North and South Expos. And keep the fun going with the 2018 Expo Pub Crawl, where you’ll indulge in complimentary beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages while visiting with sponsoring companies’ booths to learn about their latest innovations. And for the grand finale, join us for one of the biggest RSAC Bashes in Conference history. Complete with mainstage musical entertainment, a remote-control race car track and a legendary venue—the iconic San Francisco Armory—this is one party you definitely won’t want to leave early.

5 tips from Conference veterans:

  1. Pack for comfort and convenience: Wear comfortable shoes. Pack a battery phone charger. Don’t leave your hotel without business cards.

  2. Plan ahead: Schedule meetings with top executives earlier in the week. Schedule sessions you are interested in right away. The RSAC Bash can be a good place to network.

  3. Always have a backup plan: Sessions can fill up quickly. Always select a plan B in case things change.

  4. Take care of yourself: Keep distance in mind when scheduling meetings. Otherwise, you will find yourself sprinting all week. Skip some after-hours events earlier in the week. And, of course, build in time to get food.

  5. Be smart about the Expo floor: Use the Expo floor layout to target key companies. Visit companies that are “musts” for your organization earlier in the week.
