How can I get a formal invitation letter for my visa application?
During the registration process, you will be asked if you would like RSA Conference to supply a letter to assist you with your VISA. If you select ‘yes’, and you have paid in full for your registration, RSA Conference will email you a formal invitation letter for your VISA application in PDF format. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for the letter to be emailed to you. Note: VISA invitations are only issued for Full Conference attendees.
What is the tax ID number? How do I get a W-9 form?
The tax ID number for the Conference is 27-1492791. You can obtain a W-9 form by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are meals included in the cost of registration?
Full Conference registrants receive continental breakfast, am/pm breaks, and food served at the Welcome Reception on Monday evening and at the Codebreakers Bash on Thursday evening. There are concession stands within Moscone and a number of outlets within walking distance.
What is the Briefing Center?
The briefing centers are located in both North and South Expos and are open to all registrants. Exhibitor and Sponsor presentations are held in the Briefing Center and are structured much like Track sessions.
What special dietary requirements are accommodated with the meals at the event? How do I submit an ADA request?
We suggest that you leave a comment in the ADA/Special Meal Requirement sections of the web form when submitting your registration. The RSA Conference event team will accommodate your request as quickly and best as possible.

Is there an age requirement for the event?
Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend RSA Conference, and all related events including the Welcome Reception and the Codebreakers Bash. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to RSA Conference Organizer.
What is the Conference attire?
Casual to Business dress is appropriate for most Conference events.
Can a list of event registrants be provided?
As a rule and to respect the privacy of all RSA Conference registrants we do not divulge or share registration information. Prior to and once on-site there will be many ways in which to network with other registrants who come from around the world and represent all facets of industry.

How do I become a part of the RSAC LoyaltyPlus USA Program?
To qualify as a RSAC LoyaltyPlus USA member you must be registered as a Full Conference registrant and have previously attended at least five (5) RSA Conferences in total. (Qualifying conferences include US, Japan, and Europe.). See our LoyaltyPlus page for program details.
