RSA Conference-issued credentials are the sole property of the RSA Conference Organizer and must be surrendered upon demand to RSA Conference and/or RSA Conference Organizer representatives.  RSA Conference-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the RSA Conference or designated off-site activities.  False certification of an individual as an exhibitor’s representative, misuse of an exhibitor’s badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the exhibit floor, will be just cause for expelling the exhibitor and his representative(s) from the exhibit floor and/or banning them from future entrance into the Expo.  This would also warrant the removal of the exhibitor’s booth from the floor without obligation on the part of RSA Conference Organizer for refund of any fees.  The exhibitor, his/her employees and agents, and anyone claiming to be in the hall through the exhibitor, waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the enforcement of this rule.

RSA Conference is held in a public space, therefore RSA Conference Organizer does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations or other companies from photographing or video or audiotaping some RSA Conference activities.  RSA Conference reserves the right to use images taken at the RSA Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

You may be asked to scan your badge either at exhibit booths and/or session rooms.  Please note scanning of your badge is optional.  When your badge is scanned by exhibitors and/or sponsors during RSA Conference, you are opting-in to receiving communications from that entity.  You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly.

Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at RSA Conference.  RSA Conference Organizer reserves the right to escort any individual from RSA Conference who is reported to be soliciting in the Exposition and who is not a RSA Conference sponsor or exhibitor.  RSA Conference Organizer encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry.  RSA Conference Organizer also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.

The use of Drones/Unmanned Aircrafts (“UAV”) is strictly prohibited at all times throughout the entire Venue and the adjacent areas outside of the Venue.  UAV’s are devices that are used or intended to be used for flight in the air with no onboard pilot (either controlled manually or through an autopilot using a data link to connect the pilot to the UAV).

In its sole discretion and without refund, RSA Conference Organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the RSA Conference anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the RSA Conference or any other attendee.
