John Inglis

Board Advisor, Board Advisor to Securonix and Former NSA Deputy Director

As the Deputy Director and senior civilian leader of the NSA from 2006-2014, John Inglis acted as the Agency's chief operating officer, responsible for guiding and directing strategies, operations and policy. He currently serves as a Visiting Professor of Cyber Operations at the US Naval Academy, in several pro bono activities, and as a strategic advisor to SECURONIX. His NSA assignments include service across information assurance, policy, time-sensitive operations, and signals intelligence organizations. Promoted to NSA's Senior Executive Service in 1997, he subsequently served in a variety of senior leadership assignments stateside and overseas; culminating in his selection as the NSA Deputy Director.
