Homomorphic encryption schemes allow computation on encrypted data which is a useful property on many applications; such as, secure voting systems and private information retrieval. This session presents an application of homomorphic encryption to obtain a new asymmetric fingerprinting scheme and a new linearly homomorphic encryption scheme.
