Security departments still have healthy budgets but must reduce costs, increase agility and respond faster. The cowboy approach of building custom, ad-hoc solutions doesn't work anymore. We will present a service-oriented method based on process, customer engagement and metrics that yields higher quality, reduced costs and rapid response to changing business demand.
