Senior Vice President and Chief Evangelis, Center for Internet SecurityTony Sager is a Senior Vice President and Chief Evangelist for the Center for Internet Security. Sager leads the development of the Critical Security Controls, a worldwide consensus project. His 'volunteer army' cuts across all segments of the industry to identify, validate, and share best practices in cybersecurity. In June 2012, Sager retired from the National Security Agency after 34 years as an Information Assurance professional. While there, he led the Systems and Network Attack Center, oversaw all Red and Blue Team projects, established and led security product evaluation teams, served as the founding chief of the Vulnerability Analysis and Operations Group, and retired as the Chief Operating Officer for the Information Assurance Directorate.
