Platform and network security continues to be a fundamental area of focus for hardware manufacturers.  Ever increasing needs to provide higher levels of security and encryption throughout have driven manufacturers to add new features into system hardware. These features allow application developers more capabilities then have previously been available without utilizing specialized security hardware.  In this session, we will discuss some of the new features available in standard Intel architecture server platforms that enable security OEMs to deliver faster, more cost effective solutions.  Included will be technologies that aid in secure data retention, key generation and encryption acceleration.
