Many of the cyber jobs vital to protecting networks that power the U.S. are going unfilled with few qualified applicants entering the industry. Private contractors whose workers fill the gap are struggling to put talented cleared workers on contracts that are now less profitable. How can private/public sectors work together? Can there be talent exchange w/private industry rather than talent drain?
