The U.S. Senate is considering the PROTECT IP Act which would allow courts to block offending sites using DNS filtering. Seemingly straightforward, not so. This panel brings together experts at both the policy and technical level and on both sides of the argument highlighting concerns with the proposed approach and fleshing out a solution.
