Base64 encoding can be used to bypass DLP, to attack web apps and even to attack end users while bypassing firewalls and IDS systems. Its use can also result in the disclosure of sensitive information including user names and passwords. Worse, it is virtually impossible to effectively detect this hidden threat. This session will help you understand the threat and how to stop it.
