Data breaches are a statistical certainty. Recently 6.5M LinkedIn passwords were lost. Soon, Twitter was ablaze with information & speculation. Only 1 Twitter message came from LinkedIn that day. Addressing the media in a timely manner is crucial, yet social media usage when facing a crisis is misunderstood. Let's share our thoughts and experiences.
