CREDENTIAL/BADGE CONTROL
RSA Conference-issued credentials are the sole property of the RSA Conference Organiser and must be surrendered upon demand to RSA Conference and/or RSA Conference Organiser representatives.  RSA Conference-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the RSA Conference or designated off-site activities.  False certification of an individual as an exhibitor’s representative, misuse of an exhibitor’s badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the exhibit floor, will be just cause for expelling the exhibitor and his representative(s) from the exhibit floor and/or banning them from future entrance into the Expo.  This would also warrant the removal of the exhibitor’s booth from the floor without obligation on the part of RSA Conference Organiser for refund of any fees.  The exhibitor, his/her employees and agents, and anyone claiming to be in the hall through the exhibitor, waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the enforcement of this rule.

CREDENTIAL/BADGE SCANNING
You may be asked to scan your badge at session rooms.   Please note scanning of your badge is optional, however, WITH RESPECT TO SESSION ROOMS, you will not be guaranteed a seat in sessions that offer the “reserve a seat” option unless you are willing to be scanned.

If you want RSA Conference to share your contact data with association partners (who host seminars, tutorials or training the week of the conference) or with exhibitors and sponsors, you may allow them to scan your badge.    You will then be subject to the communications and privacy policies of the entity and must opt-out with them directly.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
RSA Conference is held in a public space, therefore RSA Conference Organiser does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations or other companies from photographing RSA Conference activities; however, video and audio recording are strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express written consent from RSA Conference. RSA Conference reserves the right to use images taken at the RSA Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

SOLICITING IN THE EXPOSITION
Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at RSA Conference.  RSA Conference Organiser reserves the right to escort any individual from RSA Conference who is reported to be soliciting in the Exposition and who is not a RSA Conference sponsor or exhibitor.  RSA Conference Organiser encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry.  RSA Conference Organiser also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.

DRONES
The use of Drones/Unmanned Aircrafts (“UAV”) is strictly prohibited at all times throughout the entire Venue and the adjacent areas outside of the Venue.  UAV’s are devices that are used or intended to be used for flight in the air with no onboard pilot (either controlled manually or through an autopilot using a data link to connect the pilot to the UAV).

ADMITTANCE
In its sole discretion and without refund, RSA Conference Organiser reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the RSA Conference anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the RSA Conference or any other attendee.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
For information about RSA Conference’s privacy policy, see http://www.dell.com/learn/us/en/uscorp1/policies-privacy.

The views expressed by any RSA Conference attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor are not necessarily those of RSA Conference, RSA Conference Organiser or EMC Corporation.  All RSA Conference attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.

CODE OF CONDUCT
You are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct available at https://www.rsaconference.com/about/code-of-conduct. Event organisers will enforce this code and expect cooperation from all RSA Conference participants (e.g., attendees, speakers, media, sponsors, volunteers) to help us promote a safe and enjoyable RSA Conference experience for everyone.

FORCE MAJEURE
RSA Conference Organiser shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of RSA Conference Organiser or its subcontractors.  For one or more of such reasons, RSA Conference Organiser may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of RSA Conference Organiser.  In the event RSA Conference cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, RSA Conference Organiser shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.  RSA Conference Organiser will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.

THESE TERMS
RSA Conference reserves the right to update and change any part or all of these Registration Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you first.
