Conference Tips

Whether you’re new to Conference or joining us again, we’ve broken down what you need to know to navigate RSA Conference 2019 Asia Pacific & Japan.

Your Pre-Conference Checklist

  • Book your accommodations.
Make sure you book early—as rooms are first come, first served. Book now
  • Explore the venue and Singapore. If you’re staying at the Marina Bay Sands, read more about the iconic hotel, featuring a rooftop pool, an award-winning set of restaurants and more—right in the heart of Singapore. Plus, you’ll be steps away from some of the city’s biggest attractions, including the extraordinary Gardens by the Bay, the Marina Bay, and the Singapore Zoo. Read more about exploring Singapore.
  • Get to know your pass.
Take a moment to review your pass type and everything you’ll have access to at Conference—like access to Keynote sessions, Learning Labs, and more. Get details.
  • Plan your schedule.
It’s nearly time to start planning your RSAC 2019 APJ experience. Keep an eye out for the entire Conference agenda—launching in mid-May.
  • Pack to dress smart.
While it’s true RSAC 2019 APJ is a professional networking event, it’s also a week of long, action-packed days. For that reason, be sure to pack comfortable, business-casual clothes, and don’t forget practical shoes and easy-to-carry bags.
  • Plan your transportation.
Taxis are available at the Arrival Hall of each airport terminal. The ride to the city takes about 30 minutes and should only cost between S$18 and S$30. Fares are metered, and there is an additional surcharge for all trips originating from the airport. Learn more about your journey with Directions & Transportation.
