Call For Speakers

RSA Conference 2017 Asia Pacific & Japan Call for Speakers is Now Closed. Submitters were notified in early May as to their acceptance status.

Your submission will be reviewed by the RSA Conference Asia Pacific & Japan Program Committee, an independent panel of judges. All submitters and proposed participants will be notified via email in early May regarding the status of their session proposal.

Instructions for Submitting a Speaking Proposal

Step 1: Submitter identification. The first step is for you (the submitter) to provide your contact information.

Step 2: Session Information. Provide session details as requested, and information on the proposed speaker(s). Detailed definitions and instructions can be found in our Tips for Submission. Choose one topic that best describes your content. Your proposal will then be assigned to the most appropriate track(s) for review by the judges.

Step 3: Session Information Review. Review and edit (if necessary) all information which you’re submitting for both the presentation and the proposed speaker(s).

Step 4: Session Submission Complete. You can print your submission, submit your session proposal, submit another proposal, or exit.

To streamline the submission process, we also recommend that you download the offline submission form so you can fill out your information offline, then copy and paste it into the online form.
