RSA Conference is full of opportunities: instructor-led classes, hands-on seminars, in-depth Learning Labs and more. Before the show, save a spot in your preferred sessions with our convenient Reserve a Seat feature. Download our Mobile App for scheduling, updates and more.

Tips for choosing your sessions

  • Dig deep. Attend sessions that enhance your learning. While some prefer attending sessions within a single track, you may want to consider sessions across multiple tracks.
  • Get input from co-workers. Talk to your boss and co-workers before you come so you can gather intelligence for them.
  • Divide and conquer. If you attend with co-workers, decide as a group who covers what prior to the Conference, then create a final trip report together.

Reserve a Seat! Don’t leave session enrollment to chance! With Reserve a Seat, you can enroll in your favorite sessions before the Conference even begins. View a tutorial to see how it works, then start reserving your seat!

Download the mobile app. It’s the best way to stay on top of last-minute changes at the Conference. Download it today to build your schedule, submit session evaluations, find venue maps and exhibitor listings, and more.

Getting around. Taxis are available at the Arrival Hall of each airport terminal. The ride to the city will take about 30 minutes and should cost between S$18 and S$30. Fares are metered and there is an additional surcharge for all trips originating from the airport.

Explore the venue. If you’re staying at the Marina Bay Sands, read more information about the hotel.

5 tips icon5 tips from conference veterans

  1. Pack for Comfort, Convenience: Wear comfortable shoes. Pack a battery phone charger. Don’t leave your hotel without business cards.
  2. Plan Ahead: Schedule meetings with top executives earlier in the week. Schedule sessions you are interested in right away.
  3. Always Have a Backup Plan: Sessions can fill up quickly. Always select a plan B in case things change.
  4. Take Care of Yourself: Keep distance in mind when scheduling meetings.  Build in time to get food.
  5. Be Smart About the Exhibition Floor: Use the Exhibition floor layout to target key companies. Visit companies that are “musts” for your organization earlier in the week.
